Samuel O. Zibiri SAN | Principal Partner
Samuel O. Zibiri, SAN is a Senior Advocate of Nigeria (SAN) conferred in the year 2015 and a Notary Public. He obtained his LL.B. Degree in Law from the Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria – Nigeria in 1986 and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1987. A seasoned court room advocate with a plethora of legal victories under his belt. He is also an ardent arbitrator and negotiator per excellence and once appeared, prosecuted and defended matters before the Nwazota Obiora Commission of Enquiries that investigated the activities of the Nigerian Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA) from 1983 – 1999 and has in addition been fully involved in civil aviation matters (both in Litigation and Consultancy) and was also once a member of the Election Petition Tribunal in the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja – Nigeria and currently the Chairman, NBA Disciplinary Committee Abuja Branch.
Omotayo B. Idoko | Head of Chambers
Omotayo Blessing Idoko is the Head of Chambers at Samuel Zibiri, SAN & Co.,contributing over 12 years of experience in corporate governance, risk management, regulatory compliance, and commercial law. At the firm, she leads corporate commercial and compliance teams, negotiating complex contracts and providing company secretarial services to over 50 entities across sectors such as finance, aviation, insurance, and real estate. She has successfully restructured companies for marginal field bids and developed tailored risk frameworks for high-risk industries. Omotayo also serves as Legal Advisor to organizations such as the Christian Broadcasting Network (Africa) (CBN) and Caring Heart Foundation (CHF), supporting humanitarian aid and disaster relief operations. In these roles, she ensures compliance with national and international disaster response regulations, contributing to resilient communities and fostering sustainable development in disaster-affected areas. She holds an LL. B from the University of Ilorin and a BL from the Nigerian Law School. Omotayo is a Notary Public and is passionate about mentoring aspiring lawyers while advancing initiatives that promote leadership and sustainability across Nigeria.
Justice O. Anetekhai | Head of Litigation
Justice Oshiobugie Anetekhai graduated from the University of Abuja in 2017 and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2019. He specializes in corporate and commercial transactions, including corporate advisory, real estate matters, and criminal litigation. His expertise extends to representing both local and international clients, as well as government agencies, across various legal proceedings.With a keen interest in Tech law—particularly in the areas of FinTech and cybersecurity—he remains actively involved in emerging sectors. Justice has successfully conducted proceedings at trial and appellate courts, in addition to handling alternative dispute resolution (ADR) processes. Currently, he serves as the Head of Litigation, overseeing complex disputes and ensuring strategic legal outcomes for the firm.

Valentine Igim Ogar graduated from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Osun State, in 1990 and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1992. He is a seasoned litigator with extensive courtroom experience, a skilled negotiator, and a trusted expert in corporate legal matters. Sandra E. Inazhinim | Senior Associate
Sandra Ekemkpa Inazhinim, graduated from the University of Calabar in 2018 and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2019.
