• Samuel O. Zibiri SAN  |  Principal Partner

  Samuel O. Zibiri, SAN is a Senior Advocate of Nigeria (SAN) conferred in the year 2015 and a Notary Public. He obtained his LL.B. Degree in Law from the Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria – Nigeria in 1986 and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1987. A seasoned court room advocate with a plethora of legal victories under his belt. He is also an ardent arbitrator and negotiator per excellence and once appeared, prosecuted and defended matters before the Nwazota Obiora Commission of Enquiries that investigated the activities of the Nigerian Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA) from 1983 – 1999 and has in addition been fully involved in civil aviation matters (both in Litigation and Consultancy) and was also once a member of the Election Petition Tribunal in the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja – Nigeria and currently the Chairman, NBA Disciplinary Committee Abuja Branch.

• Alero Irene Pessu  |  Head of Chambers

  Alero Irene Pessu graduated from the Benue State University in 2003 and was called to the Nigerian Bar in the year 2005. She is an ardent litigator, a sound negotiator and possesses a firm grasp of corporate legal matters. She currently serves as the Head of Chambers

   

• Olayinka Azoena Adedeji  |  Head of Litigation

  Olayinka Adedeji is a product of the University of Illorin. She obtained her LL.B. degree in Law from the University of Illorin, Nigeria in 2006 and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2007. She has a flair for both litigation and the corporate practice of law. She serves as the Head of Litigation.

• Omotayo Blessing Ibrahim  |  Associate Counsel

  Omotayo Blessing Ibrahim graduated from the University of Ilorin in May 2011 and was called to the Nigerian Bar in October, 2012. She has a flair for litigation, corporate law/practice, real estate law and proficient in Alternative Dispute Resolution.

   

   

   

• Emka Emmanson Okoroafor  |  Associate Counsel

  Emeka Emmanson Okoroafor graduated from of the Abia State University in 2010 and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2012. An associate and specializes in corporate and commercial transactions including corporate advisory, capital markets, banking and finance, real estate transactions and criminal litigation. He represents both local, international clients and government agencies and has conducted proceedings at the trials and appellate courts. He is committed to adding value and an excellent team player with capacity for independent thinking.

   

• Elisha S. Maji  |  Associate Counsel

  Elisha S. Maji, ESQ. graduated from Nasarawa State University, Keffi in 2010 and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2012. A passionate advocate with flair for court room, corporate, property as well as sports entertainment law amongst others.

• Simisolu Bello  |  Associate Counsel

  A lawyer with keen interest in providing practical and actionable advice.  She is a graduate of the University of Law Birmingham (UK), finished from the Nigerian Law School (Abuja) 2015.  Also a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. She is a lawyer with appreciable knowledge in dispute resolution and arbitration.

   

• Chinedum Gregory Ike  |  Associate Counsel

  Chinedum Gregory Ike-Okafor, Esq. graduated from Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu University, Anambra State in 2013; and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2014.  A Vibrant Legal Practitioner, Zealous about Intellectual Property Law, Project Management, Banking Law and Arbitration.
